A unique 24-hour collection machine at our store for your convenience.
Please note: The 24-hour machine is for collection only and does not allow deliveries.
4. Same-Day Express Service
For your urgent needs, we provide a same-day express service, completing selected garments within as little as 2 hours, subject to availability and garment type.
5. Alterations, Repairs & Tailoring
All tailoring and alterations are carried out by skilled professionals. Due to the bespoke nature of this work, orders may not be cancelled once measurements are taken or garments are altered.
6. Cancellations
As most of our cleaning and tailoring services are hand-finished and personalized, cancellations are only possible if we are contacted before processing begins.
7. Garment Care & Liability
Missing or incorrect care labels.
Aged, weakened, or pre-damaged fabrics.
Non-standard trims, buttons, beads, or embellishments.
If damage occurs due to a manufacturing defect or weakness, 5 Star Dry Cleaners cannot accept responsibility. Our liability, if accepted, will not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge for that item.
8. Uncollected Garments
We retain uncollected garments for up to 3 months from the date of completion. After this period, items may be responsibly donated or recycled. Repeated failure to collect may result in refusal of future services.
9. Website Use
Upload any copyrighted material without written permission.
Upload content that is obscene, unlawful, or offensive.
